Free tax preparation assistance for the 2016 tax season will be available January 23 – April 18, 2017, through Cville Tax Aid. To receive free tax preparation assistance at one of the 11 coalition sites in Charlottesville, Albemarle, and surrounding counties, taxpayers must have household income of less than $55,000 in 2016.
