The PD Team is excited to offer ALL ACPS educators another amazing summer of learning! All licensed instructional staff will participate in at least two 3-hour sessions that support our Digital Learning Initiative (DLI) from the Summer 2017 PD Course Catalog, including sessions offered July 10-13, July 17-20, and August 18.

To “trade-off” or “count” for the August 18 contract day, take two or more 3-hour sessions with the label “DLI” in front of them from the Summer 2017 PD Course Catalog, including sessions offered July 10-13 and/or July 17-20.

The August 18 schedule will be posted by July 1, 2017. If you are able to take your workshops in July, you are encouraged to do so.

To register for workshops, choose the Professional Development link from the Staff tab of the ACPS website and Sign In. Classes will fill up fast, but please add your name to the wait list and we may open other sections throughout the summer. Please register as soon as possible, no later than June 8.

Additionally, each teacher must account for one Professional Learning Flexible Contract Day for the 2017-18 school year (June 12, 2017 – June 1, 2018). You may enroll in other ACPS workshops to meet this professional learning target, or you may engage in other activities as approved by your principal.
