September 26-27, 2017 | Teaching English Learners and Students with Learning Difficulties in the Inclusive Classroom Training: This two-day professional development training, offered at Ashlawn-Highland in Charlottesville, is presented by WestEd for two-person teams.

August 29 – December 12, 2017 | EDUC 537: Introduction to Culturally & Linguistically Diverse Learners: This online graduate-level course for educators of English Learners is offered by the Department of Education in collaboration with George Mason University. The Department will cover tuition and textbook costs. Available to the first 25 registrants.

September 5 – December 11, 2017 | TESL 532: Differentiated Instruction for English Language Across the Curriculum: This online graduate-level course for educators of English Learners is offered by the Department of Education in collaboration with the University of Mary Washington. The Department will cover tuition and textbook costs. Available to the first 25 registrants.
