It is important that our timekeepers are the first to understand our new time and attendance system. The training for timekeepers is the most detailed and covers system access, resources, how exempt and non-exempt staff use the system, supervisor responsibilities, and timekeeper responsibilities.

Timekeepers must attend one of the following sessions:

  • Wednesday, June 19, 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, June 21, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 26, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 27, 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, June 28, 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.

All sessions will be held in Room 320 at the County Office Building-McIntire. Timekeepers should bring their laptops for this hands-on training.
