As part of our Total Compensation Strategy, Human Resources conducts comprehensive classification reviews of all departments and/or work groups on an ongoing basis. Our objective is to ensure that all School Division and Local Government positions are correctly classified and that all employees are appropriately compensated for the work they perform. Over the last year, we have conducted classification reviews of a number of departments, to include Building Services and General Services.
