“Schoolyard Composting 101” on Wednesday, July 22, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- How to turn cafeteria waste into soil
- Scaling up your composting system
- Composting with worms (vermicompost)
- Using your homemade compost in the garden
Plus, take a tour of the AMI Urban Farm, including our 1-acre production farm, orchard, and educational gardens. Certificates of Attendance for the workshop will be provided in order that teachers may apply to their school divisions for CEU credit hours.
