Reminder: Auto Deletion of Emails
As a reminder, beginning on February 11, 2024, ACPS will implement an automated email deletion process for emails that are 7 years old or older. This adjustment aligns with the guidelines provided by the Library of Virginia to ensure that we maintain compliance and efficiency in managing our digital records.
We understand that some emails may contain valuable information or records that you need to keep for your reference. If you have emails that are 7 years old or older that need to be archived, please reference the support resources we shared in our December 7 Compass post. Please reach out to your school’s assigned TSS and/or LTI with any questions or for assistance with setting up your email archive.
benefitsFOCUS: Your pay statements may look a little different in 2024!
In an effort toward business efficiency, we’ve streamlined some behind the scenes benefits coding that will simplify the description of employee premium deductions and employer contributions that you see on your pay statements. These changes apply to medical, dental, and voluntary vision coverage. Starting this week, you will no longer see coding that refers to the name of your plan and tier of coverage. Instead, you will see a simple acknowledgement of the type of coverage you have. Continue reading
