ACPS Begins Creation of New Strategic Plan

Dear Colleagues,

We are very excited to announce that we have begun the process of creating a new strategic plan for ACPS. On September 3, we will convene the first meeting of the Design Team that will help us develop a new division-wide Portrait of a Graduate. The Portrait will act as a guide in creating the division’s strategic plan, which will aim to ensure that schools engage with and meet the needs of all students while preparing them with the skills and habits they need to thrive in a complex and rapidly-changing world. Welcome to the New Inside Albemarle – Human Resources Site!

On behalf of the Human Resources Department and the Intranet Project Team, we are very excited to announce the launch of the new Inside Albemarle – Human Resources site. After months of work by Human Resources staff, the new site launched this morning!

The new Inside Albemarle – Human Resources and the associated HR COVID Resources sites can be accessed on your desktop, laptop, or even mobile device. (You can visit https://albemarlecountyva.sharepoint.com/sites/HumanResources/ through your web browser or even install the SharePoint App on your mobile device.) However, you will need to be signed in to your Microsoft Office account to access content. If you’re not already signed in, you will be prompted to enter your ACPS email address and then your ACPS password (the same credentials you use to sign in to your Outlook email). Continue reading →
