You’re invited! Woodbrook Elementary School will host their 10th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Walk on Monday, January 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students, families, and community members are welcome to come to the Woodbrook track and walk for a cause of their choosing. Clocking In & Out Protocol for Non-Exempt Employees

Human Resources has received several questions recently regarding time recording protocol for non-exempt staff. Please see the following reminders:

  • Non-exempt employees are expected to clock in and out from their designated work locations at the start and end of their assigned shifts.
  • If an employee is working at more than one location during their shift, the employee is expected to clock in and out from their designated work locations as appropriate.
  • If an employee is working from home, the employee is expected to clock in and out from home at the start and end of their shift. (Prior supervisor approval is required for remote work.) Continue reading
