- Add, drop or change medical or dental coverage;
- Add, drop or change the dependents covered on those plans;
- Enroll in our new voluntary vision plan; and
- Enroll in a healthcare or dependent care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for 2024. (FSA elections do not carry over from year to year. If you want to participate next year, you must elect to make contributions during Open Enrollment.)
Any changes you make to your medical, dental, optional vision, and Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account elections during the Open Enrollment window will go into effect January 1, 2024, and will run through December 31, 2024. If you miss the Open Enrollment window, the only time you can make changes to these benefits is if you have a mid-year qualifying event that allows you to make eligible changes.
Don’t wait until the last minute to review your Open Enrollment options. Give yourself time to visit our Open Enrollment info site and ask questions if you have them. Then, log in to the ADP Employee Portal to access your Open Enrollment module!
