iteach is now an alternative pathway to teacher licensure in Virginia, and ACPS can now follow this path for elementary and secondary licensure! We will host two iteach virtual information sessions on Thursday, April 18, one at 4:30 p.m. and a second session at 7 p.m.
Please attend one of these Zoom sessions to learn more about the iteach process if…
- You are a provisional teacher who has not begun taking coursework toward your renewable license;
- You are thinking about becoming a teacher and you have a bachelor’s degree; or
- You are an administrator who may be hiring folks using the iteach pathway.
Limitations: iteach requires that you have a bachelor’s degree, and it will not be used as a pathway to special education licensure at this time.
