What happens if I don’t do anything during Open Enrollment?

If you don’t log in to the Open Enrollment module in ADP and successfully save your benefits elections:

• You will keep the same medical and dental plan elections and the dependents you cover on those plans into 2024.
• You will not have access to the new optional vision plan for 2024.
• You will not be able to contribute to a Healthcare or Dependent Care FSA (Flexible Spending Account) for 2024.
• If you are currently on the Albemarle Choice Plan, your HSA (Health Savings Account) will be disabled and your contributions will be set to $0. This includes employer contributions.
