Albemarle County’s Human Resources team was pleased to welcome Dana Robb last month as their new Program Manager of Rewards and Compensation. With 15 years of human resource experience, including the last eight in compensation at Martha Jefferson Hospital, Dana brings extensive experience in market analysis, job classification, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) data extraction, and compliance. She has a B.S. in Human Resource Management, a Master of Business Administration, is certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional, and is pursuing her Certified Compensation Professional through WorldatWork.

Dana is a resident of Albemarle and has lived in the county for the past 24 years. She and her husband have four sons, three who currently attend Monticello High School and one recent Monticello graduate. Dana and her family enjoy camping, kayaking, hiking and fishing, and they spend a good portion of each summer enjoying the outdoors at our Virginia State Parks.
