Happy holidays from the Kronos team! Please refer to the following guidelines regarding expectations for reviewing and approving your timecards over the winter break.
Timecard review/approval for pay period 12/14 – 12/20
- Start reviewing your timecard toward the end of the week so that you can approve it before leaving for the break on December 20.
- Special note for non-exempt employees: Be sure to get any missed punches corrected before you approve.
- Special note for all employees: If timecard errors don’t get corrected before the weekly sign-off, don’t worry! Your supervisor or timekeeper can use the historical corrections process to make necessary corrections when schools reopen.
Timecard review/approval for pay period 12/21 – 12/27
- If you are on winter break, you are not expected to approve your timecard for this pay period.
- If you are working in a non-exempt position during this pay period, you should log your time as normal and follow the normal approval process.
Timecard review/approval for pay period 12/28 – 1/3/2020
- You will be back at work on January 6 and can review/approve your timecard for this pay period then.
- If you are working in a non-exempt position during this pay period, you should log your time as normal and follow the normal approval process.
