You’re invited! The Virginia Workforce Center, in cooperation with Virginia Cooperative Extension, is offering a FREE workshop entitled “Customer Service in Action,” on Monday, August 17, from 1 to 4 p.m. Participants will define the components of quality customer service; understand the importance of effectively communicating with customers; explore the impact of positive and negative communication practices on customer interactions; and identify personal actions that will improve delivery of on-the-job customer service.
The class will be held at the Virginia Workforce Center at 2211 Hydraulic Road in Charlottesville, and Ian R. Pasquarelli, the Family & Consumer Sciences Agent for the Albemarle/Charlottesville Virginia Cooperative Office, will present.
