Life After High School: Transition Conference and Resource Fair

LAHS Transition ConferenceOn Saturday, May 3, Join the Piedmont Regional Education Center (PREP)/Parent Resource Center from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at CATEC for the Life After High School Transition Conference and Resource Fair, a free informational conference and luncheon for middle and high school students with disabilities and their parents.

Information Sessions on Education, Employment, and Independence for students with disabilities transitioning after high school to adult life include: Career Readiness, Job Coach panel, College Options, Social Security Disability, Self-Determination, Career Options, and Waivers.

Presentations, Panel Discussion, Question & Answer, Vendor Fair, Door Prizes, and Lunch!
