Making Connections will take place on Monday, November 4, at Monticello High School from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Over 200 presentations and workshops are being offered by Albemarle County Public Schools teachers and community members, resulting in a menu of choices unparalleled by any other local professional learning endeavor and geared specifically to the work we are engaged in here in Albemarle County Public Schools.
In order to develop and maintain a high-quality workforce, employees must be supported by a comprehensive approach to professional development that is aligned with the division’s vision, mission and goals. Making Connections is an opportunity for all Albemarle County Public Schools educators to learn from and with each other on this division-wide professional learning day.
Check the Making Connections Program often between now and November 4, as more information will be added daily.
