The school division would appreciate your participation in two surveys: One survey is designed to help us evaluate Blackboard Learn, our learning management tool, and a second survey aims to help us improve the way we use technology to communicate with our stakeholders. Thank you in advance for your participation and feedback!
Blackboard Learn Survey
As part of the school division’s model of continuous improvement, we are currently undertaking a review of Blackboard Learn to determine if it continues to meet the division’s commitment to quality learning. Please complete a short survey by May 31 that will help us identify the current use of Blackboard Learn. The results of this survey will inform our next steps, including a second, more comprehensive survey for teachers, students, parents, and administrators. Take the survey »
For a detailed overview of the division’s Blackboard Learn Evaluation, please visit the Blackboard support page on the ACPS website. As stated in the overview, our current version of Blackboard Learn will be in place for the 2018-19 school year. Teachers may develop curriculum and plan for the fall without concern for any changes. Moving forward, there will be opportunities for stakeholders to be involved with this process.
Web Communications Survey
Are you responsible for creating or maintaining content on the Albemarle County Public Schools website? Do you use social media or other technology tools to communicate with parents, students, and the public? Are you a teacher? Do you have an interest in helping ACPS improve the communications tools it uses? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we would love to hear from you! You are invited to respond to a brief survey on the way ACPS uses technology tools to communicate with various stakeholder groups. This survey will be used as part of a comprehensive review of our website and other web communication tools. Take the survey »
At the end of the survey you will be provided with a link to an optional second survey that evaluates our website and web communications tools from the perspective of someone who receives information from ACPS.
