How to stick to a workout routine at home or the office:
Sometimes, it seems impossible to add one more thing to your day. Fitting in a workout is challenging, to say the least. But you don’t need hours at the gym to get and stay fit. You can add mini-workouts that will keep you moving and make a big impact on your health and frame of mind. Being active helps you:

Set yourself up for success with a home or office workout routine!
Put it on your calendar. Plan three or four 10-minute fitness breaks throughout your day. Set reminders so you stick to them.
Multitask. Walk or jog in place, use hand weights, or do simple stretches while you’re in a meeting or streaming a podcast or movie.
Make it social. Take a lunch walk with a friend. Having an exercise buddy helps keep you motivated.
Mix it up to keep it fun. Try a new sport, explore yoga, or take a dance break.
