If you’ve already registered for access to the ADP Employee Portal, then you’ve completed the first step of the journey toward using our employee self-serve options in ADP! Current self-serve options include viewing your pay statements, changing your federal and state withholding amounts, and updating your personal contact information. Coming soon, our self-serve options will expand to include:

  • Requesting changes to your benefits enrollments (including adding/dropping medical/dental plans or adding/dropping covered dependents) in conjunction with a mid-year Qualifying Life Event (such as marriage; birth; divorce; or a change of employment status that impacts your access or the access of your spouse and/or dependents to medical/dental coverage) — Coming Mid-October!
  • Open Enrollment — Coming November 1st!

Open Enrollment (Nov. 1-15) is mandatory for all benefits-eligible employees!

This fall, we will conduct our annual benefits Open Enrollment through ADP. ALL benefits-eligible employees (regardless of whether you currently have medical or dental insurance through Albemarle County) will need to log in to the system and either elect or decline coverage. IMPORTANT: If you do not enroll during November’s Open Enrollment, you will be removed from Albemarle County Public Schools’ insurance plans in 2023. There will be no “rollover” of this coverage as in prior years.

If you are currently employed in a benefits-eligible position, please make sure you are registered for ADP so you can access our current and soon-to-come employee self-serve options (including Open Enrollment)!
