In an effort toward business efficiency, we’ve streamlined some behind the scenes benefits coding that will simplify the description of employee premium deductions and employer contributions that you see on your pay statements. These changes apply to medical, dental, and voluntary vision coverage. Starting this week, you will no longer see coding that refers to the name of your plan and tier of coverage. Instead, you will see a simple acknowledgement of the type of coverage you have.
What you will see in the Deductions section of your pay statement, if you are enrolled in these plans:
- Medical EE
- Dental EE
- Vol Vision
What you will see in the Other Benefits and Information section (employer contributions toward your coverage) of your pay statement:
- Medical Employer
- Dental Employer
If you wish to verify the specifics of your plan enrollments, you can easily find this in your ADP account by going to Benefits > Enrollments > Your Benefits and clicking the View benefits button:
Also, Happy New Benefits Year! If you’re wondering what to expect with a new benefits year, please revisit our December 15 Compass post! And, as always, you can find lots of great benefits information on Human Resources’ Employee Benefits site.
