Mary Baldwin University (MBU) will offer a virtual information session to share graduate and undergraduate asynchronous programs tailored for the working individual. If you are seeking a course or courses for recertification, an initial endorsement or license, are on a provisional, or desire an additional area of endorsement such as Reading or Gifted Education, this session will provide information about MBU’s School of Education offerings. What This Means for You

Effective July 11, 2024, a new process for updating salaries for employees who have obtained a higher educational degree will be completed in the HRIS system, ADP. Slots Still Open in Our July Mental Health First Aid Trainings!

Are you interested in helping support students experiencing mental health challenges? Mental Health First Aid helps individuals assist someone who is experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. In the Mental Health First Aid course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.

ACPS is excited to offer three Mental Health First Aid training opportunities this month, available to all staff! Slots still remain in all three courses:

  • Monday, July 22 | 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. | 14 of 30 slots open
  • Wednesday, July 24 | 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. | 21 of 30 slots open
