Staff calendars for the 2024-25 school year are now published on the Time and Attendance Documentation web page (under “Employees” or “Timekeepers”). Please use the published work calendars for guidance on your schedule rather than what you see on your future timecard, as timecards do not always show holidays and non-workdays until the actual work week.

Each classification of Days per Year (i.e., the number of days each employee is scheduled to work) has its own calendar, so you may need to scroll through the different position classifications to find the calendar that applies to you. All employees and supervisors are asked to review these calendars now so you know and understand schedule expectations. Please speak to your supervisor if you are unsure about the Days per Year allocated for your position for the 2024-25 school year.
Changes for the 2024-25 School Year
- To better meet the needs of the division, New Hire Orientation will return to an in-person format. Teachers will complete their New Hire Orientation through New Teacher Academy, while newly hired Classified employees will have an in-person orientation on Monday, August 19, 2024. Monthly orientation dates will follow for anyone who starts after August 19, 2024. Impacted employees and their supervisors will be contacted.
- The 182-day calendar has been adjusted to move a non-student workday from June to September. These employees will not be required to work past the last day of school for the 2024-25 school year.
