HR Weekly Update: Be Prepared for the Start of Open Enrollment on Nov. 1!

This year’s Open Enrollment is a BIG one! This November 1-15, all benefits-eligible employees are REQUIRED to log in to ADP and either elect or decline benefits like medical/dental/Flexible Spending Accounts for next year. Also, this is the first time we’ll be using ADP for the Open Enrollment process. That’s a lot going on, so here are some tips to help you sail through the Open Enrollment window:

  • Give yourself time to review your 2023 benefits options/rates on the Open Enrollment info page, and ask questions if you have them.
  • Know which medical/dental plan you’d like to be on next year.
  • Be aware of FSA/HSA contribution maximums for 2023, if you plan to participate. (You can find these on the Open Enrollment info page!)
  • Have the birthdate/SSN info for your covered spouse/children so you can verify them in ADP. (This is important for Anthem and for tax reporting purposes.)
  • Be prepared to go in EARLY! Don’t wait until the last few days of Open Enrollment to log in to ADP and complete the Open Enrollment process.
  • We’ll have walk-in labs at Making Connections on Monday, November 7!
