Last Thursday, the Albemarle County School Board granted 12-month employees additional leave in alignment with the state’s holiday schedule: Offices now will be closed on Monday, July 3 (8 hours). Additionally, offices will close at noon on Wednesday, November 22 (4 hours), and again on Friday, December 22 (4 hours).
