System Maintenance

The Department of Technology maintenance window occurs every weekend, starting at 5 p.m. on Saturday and continuing through 5 a.m. on Sunday. During this time, access to ACPS technology systems may be intermittent.

This weekend, beginning at 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, we will take our primary data storage system offline to perform scheduled maintenance. The following systems will be intermittently unavailable during this time: ACPS email,, PowerSchool, ElectronicSchoolBoard, departmental servers, WordPress, ACPS password portal, ACPS home directories, all server shares, ACPS streaming services, single sign-on, BeWell Albemarle, and DirectAccess. Our onsite internet services, VOIP phones and voicemail, and security cameras will remain functional.
