Growing Leaders of Tomorrow: Mindsets, Diversity, and the Dream

MLK, Jr.As part of their 2014 Community MLK Celebration, the University of Virginia Curry School of Education presents Growing Leaders of Tomorrow: Mindsets, Diversity, and the Dream on Wednesday January 29, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Bavaro Hall, Room 116.

During this session, we will extend discussions about mindsets held during the fall semester. Through his provocative poetry and positive rap, Mr. Omékongo Dibinga will share stories about those who both hindered and fostered his journey into a growth mindset. He then will describe motivational tools that can be used to cultivate growth mindsets among all members of diverse communities.
