What We Offer
NMSI’s Laying the Foundation offers hands-on training, resources, and ongoing coaching support for math, science and English teachers. In this content-focused, pedagogy-driven training, teachers will learn how to better engage and prepare your students for academic success! Our training is broken down into the following categories:

  • High School English
  • High School Math
  • High School Biology, Chemistry & Physics
  • Middle School English
  • Middle School Math
  • Middle School Science

How It Works
The entire training program consists of 4 days of training per year, for a total of 3 years. Teachers train in content focused groups; i.e., elementary school Math, elementary school English, etc. The training is facilitated by exemplary, experienced teachers who are content experts in their disciplines. Each teacher leaves with a great deal of resources: lessons, labs, classroom activities, formative assessments, and more.

Cost
$595 per teacher (There are no hidden fees.)
