New Contract Process for 2023-24; Signed Contracts Due June 9

Electronic Contract

Teachers and other licensed positions who were reappointed by the school board on May 25 will receive their contracts in ADP by end-of-day on Thursday, June 1. This year, we will send all licensed contracts through ADP on a rolling basis between May 26 and June 1. These contracts are due to be electronically signed by Friday, June 9. Human Resources (HR) recommends checking your ADP account at the end of each day until your contract hits your account.

To access and sign your contract, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to ADP.
    • Your ADP User ID/Password are separate from your K12 credentials. If you need assistance, please click Forgot your password?.
    • The HR Service Team can assist with retrieving your User ID, but we are unable to provide your Password.
  2. Click Things to Do in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Electronic Signature Request > three dots > Review and sign.
  4. Review and scroll to the bottom of your contract.
  5. Type in your legal first name and legal last name.
  6. Check the box acknowledging your electronic signature.
  7. Click Sign.
  8. Optional: Download electronically signed document and save and/or print file. (You can find the signed version in your ADP profile under “employee documents” at a later time, if desired.)
