Back-to-School Tax Holiday Begins This Friday!

Back-to-School Tax HolidayVirginia’s back-to-school tax holiday takes place this Friday-Sunday, August 1-3!

What’s exempt? School supplies with a purchase cost of $20 or less and clothing and shoe items that cost $100 or less are exempt from sales tax.

Kids In Need Teacher Grants – Apply by September 30

The Kids In Need Foundation helps to engage students in the learning process by supporting our most creative and important educational resource—our nation’s teachers.
