UPDATE: Annual Leave Overages

We previously announced that we temporarily disabled the conversion of annual leave at or above 320 hours that normally occurs at the end of an employee’s birth month through February 28, 2021. In recognition that 12-month employees may not be able to take time off for the immediate foreseeable future, we will be extending this suspension through December 31, 2021.

This means that employees will not have annual leave overages converted until the end of their birth month in 2022. For example, an employee with a February birthday will have until the end of February 2022 to use their overage amounts.

REMINDER: Exempt Holiday Bucket

Exempt employees were given a one-time extension last year for any holiday time placed in their holiday bucket. Any exempt employee holiday leave time that is unused as of June 30, 2021, will be removed effective July 1, 2021.
