Human Resources (HR) will be providing regular weekly updates about important changes happening in HR, such as the upcoming Benefits Open Enrollment period (November 1-15), and our implementation of ADP Workforce Now, our new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), including system enhancements that will allow you to interact more fully with your employment data. Every Thursday, we will provide updates on these topics here in the Compass, so keep an eye on your email!

Open Enrollment 2022 Is Coming: Start Preparing Now

This year’s Open Enrollment will be an ACTIVE enrollment: All benefits-eligible employees must log in to ADP during Open Enrollment (November 1-15) to either enroll in or decline coverage. This requirement is necessary to ensure the accuracy of our enrollment information in Workforce Now.

Important: Current medical coverage, dental coverage, and FSA enrollments will NOT automatically renew for 2023. Failure to log in to ADP and elect coverage for 2023 will result in the cancellation of your current medical and/or dental coverage. FSA enrollments must be done annually; if you fail to enroll in an FSA for 2023 during Open Enrollment, you will not have an active FSA account next year (though you will still have access to any eligible rollover funds you may have from the 2022 plan year).

Be ready! You can start to prepare for this Active Open Enrollment now by making sure you can log in to ADP and by reading our Compass announcements! Last week, we shared a Compass post reminding all employees to ensure you are registered for ADP. Make sure you have completed this critical step!
