Attention all ACPS employees! We are looking forward to our day of learning together on Monday. In preparation, we wanted to share a few details regarding logistics for the day. As a reminder, we are offering Making Connections sessions at two locations, and all sessions will be in person.
Making Connections for Instructional Staff
- Date: Monday, November 7, 2022
- Location: Monticello High School
- Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Details: Coffee will be available in the cafeteria beginning at 8 a.m. Lunch will be provided in the main gym at 11:30 a.m.
- Parking: Parking at Monticello will be limited. Please consider carpooling, if possible. Overflow parking and shuttle bus service will be available at Mountain View Elementary School.
Making Connections for Support Staff
- Date: Monday, November 7, 2022
- Location: Albemarle High School
- Time: 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.
- Details: Breakfast and coffee will be available in the cafeteria beginning at 8 a.m.

In order to make it possible for all employees to participate in Making Connections, we will announce to families this evening that all ACPS facilities, including schools and department offices, will be closed to the public on Monday until 12:30 p.m. Click here to read the community message.
