CATEC’s Annual Thanksgiving Catering Event Is Accepting Orders Through Nov. 16!

CATEC’s fresh Thanksgiving menu features traditional recipes crafted by our Culinary Arts students and chefs to make your holiday meal special! Preorder your menu items by Thursday, November 16, and be prepared to pick up your order between 12 and 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21.

Thanksgiving Menu

  • Whole Turkey Breast
  • Sides: Baked Four Cheese Mac & Cheese, Traditional Green Beans, Sweet Potato Casserole, Housemade Turkey Gravy, and Traditional Stuffing
  • Desserts: Fall Spice Cake, Lemon Sheet Cake, and Chocolate Sheet Cake
  • Meal: Turkey Breast with Choice of 2 Sides

CATEC Culinary Arts has extended the deadline to order desserts for their Thanksgiving fundraiser to Friday, November 18. We know this is a busy time of year, so let our culinary students take care of one of the items on your Thanksgiving table! We are selling four dessert options this year: chocolate pecan pie, pumpkin pie, Dutch apple pie, and pumpkin bread. Your orders support our culinary arts program, and for that, we are very thankful!
