Our policies are locally developed through our work with the Virginia School Boards Association and they are tied to Virginia Code. Several are locally developed. Our policies translate our core values of excellence, young people, community and respect into the backbone of our daily operations and aspirations for students. Grant Development Workshop at the University of Richmond

ISFD LogoThe Institute for Strategic Funding Development (ISFD) is sponsoring a two-day Strategic Grant Development Workshop at the University of Richmond on December 12-13, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The strategic grant development workshop is designed to teach the fundamentals of grant writing. It provides a comprehensive overview of effective grant development techniques, including finding funding sources, creating innovative programs, and planning for funding sustainability. December 3 Town Hall Meeting Will Focus on Crozet Streetscape Project

Downtown CrozetAttention Crozet residents: The public is invited to a community meeting to discuss details of the second phase of the streetscape project that will bring enhancements along Crozet Avenue in downtown Crozet scheduled for Tuesday evening, December 3, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Western Albemarle High School cafeteria. The streetscape project is one of the projects in the Crozet master plan focused on preserving downtown as the focal point and community center of Crozet as well as fostering economic vitality and accentuating historic character.  Continue reading
