“Purple Up! For Military Kids” is a day set aside for everyone around the nation to show their support for military-connected students. Tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday, November 2, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors will begin their 1:00 meeting by honoring all veterans employed by Albemarle County Public Schools and Local Government with a Resolution of Appreciation. All employees who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces are invited to attend.
