VSUP LogoThe Virginia School-University Partnership (VSUP), in conjunction with EF Education First, is offering one teacher or administrator an international travel scholarship. The 2017 tour, Comparative Education Systems: Helsinki & Milan, is limited to educators in grades 7-12. Scholarship recipients will travel to Helsinki, Finland, and Milan, Italy, to explore the foundations and future of education while immersing themselves in Finnish and Italian culture with other like-minded educators. For the first time in more than 40 years, voters will be asked to consider whether Albemarle County should issue general obligation bonds to finance capital improvement projects for local schools. Crozet Trails Crew 7th Annual 5K Trail Race – October 8

Crozet Trails CrewOn Saturday, October 8, 2016, the Crozet Trails Crew will hold their annual 5K Trail Race. You’re invited to join the fun! Registration ($20 online or $25 in person) includes race admission, a race t-shirt, and entrance into the Crozet Arts & Crafts Festival, which is held right after the race.
