As we announced in the Compass article on April 21, the Department of Technology is performing division-wide health checkups on all staff laptops to ensure that everyone has a safe, reliable and consistent laptop experience. We encourage you to make your appointment before the end-of-year rush! To schedule your laptop health checkup, contact your school or department’s Technology Support Specialist (TSS).
Before your appointment, you’ll need to back up all of the files on your laptop. To help you prepare, refer to this helpful checklist with directions. If you need assistance backing up your files, please reach out to your school or department’s Learning Technology Integrator (LTI).
