The training includes two components: OATS 2023-24 and Safe Schools: Child Abuse: Mandatory Reporting. Homebound Instructors Needed Immediately

The homebound program is once again in need of teachers. Specifically, we are looking for teachers who are interested in supporting high school students. Albemarle High School is in immediate need, but Western Albemarle and Monticello high schools will have increased need in the coming weeks. You must have a current teaching license to be eligible. As we shared with you in the April 9 issue and April 16 issue of Insider Express, a Resolution Providing for Collective Bargaining was presented to the Albemarle County School Board for information on March 28 and unanimously approved by the board on April 11.
