Rollout of Self-Serve Options in ADP Postponed

The planned expansion of self-serve options in the ADP Employee Portal, including reviewing benefits elections and requesting changes to benefits enrollments in conjunction with a mid-year Qualifying Life Event, will not occur on Monday, October 17, as previously announced. Following the transfer of employee data from Great Plains (our former system for tracking employee information) to our new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), the project team needs additional time to ensure the accuracy of the data transfer. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we expect this to be short delay and will provide an update in this Thursday’s HR Weekly Update.
